Yes, you as the creator of the meeting can choose what name to put as the participant, and the name you provide will be visible as the participant name during the meeting.  Keep in mind, however, that by using the BankID id-control option, the participant’s full name registered with the country of residence will be shown.  In this case, if the participant wants to remain anonymous, yet authenticated, the SMS-kod option will be better to use instead of BankID.
